GUEST INFORMATION
TrailsThere are 6 various trails you can choose from in different heights from 1-36 meters and varying levels of difficulties from easy to exhausting. If you want to complete all courses, we recommend you schedule 3-4 hours. There is no time restriction for staying in our park. Please allow yourself in full climbing gear to take a break, use the barbecue and visit the restaurant.
In case of a huge crowd of visitors we ask you to return the climbing gear after completing trails.
Equipment & Clothing
The entrance fee covers the complete climbing equipment. Personal climbing equipment is not allowed! Wearing a helmet is not compulsory but recommended for children.
We recommend comfortable leisure clothing, sneakers, hiking boots or trekking shoes.
Long hair must be tied together. Please don’t wear any jewellery.
Of course you can carry your camera but we accept no liability for loss or damage.
Minimum size & Weight
There is a minimum size for children of 140 cm, resp. 130 cm for 2 platforms which will be adhered to without any exception. Kids under age 12 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
The weight limits for the park visit are minimal 20kg and maximum 120kg.
Children trails
The kids trail is separated locally from the Rope Park and is suitable for children from body size 110cm. The trail leads over 10 platforms in a height of 2-5 meters. Children will be instructed and they complete a transitional stretch. Only parents or a competent caregiver are able to approve and they take full responsibility of supervising the children. You have the opportunity to attend and check the youngsters from the ground.
Instructions & Training trail
Before entering the park you will become familiar with the material and instructions in detail. All visitors must complete a short practice facility under our supervision. In the Park you are under supervision of our trained staff but yet independent on the way to the different courses.
All instructions of our employees are binding in any situation and must be followed. Violations or offences of safety requirements will be punishable by immediate removal from the Park.
Weather
Our park is open in light rain. In heavy rain, thunder and storm type winds, it may be that the park be closed at least temporary for safety reasons. There is no entitlement for any refund of admission price if staff should be forced to close the Park through meteorological conditions. Please call 031 739 01 00 to get more information in case of unsteady weather conditions.
Catering
Directly by the park - entrance you will find the restaurant «Ranch – Längeneybad». Reservations and inquiries for your Apéro, noon or dinner, please address directly to the owner family Monika and Hubert Schick, phone 031 738 83 03.
You also have the possibility to use our two public, not covered grill places.
Playground
For our small guests an exciting playground is available among other things with large Trampolin. The small guests stand however under supervision of an adult person. In accidents the rope park Gantrisch AG rejects each adhesion.
